Yeah, it's like this...
Me and the parents are sitting down to have a nice dinner at a resturant when the discussion turns to a local area mascot, the Ponies. My dad seemed to think that the mascot was changed to Mustang's recently because some of the players (possibly the football team) didn't like it because they were getting made fun of. Apparently Ponies aren't 'real' horses.

Fuck. This. Shit.

Ponies kick ass, have throughout history. Pony Express anyone? Not to mention they were used in coal mines, as draft and work animals. They have been some of the hardest working, most relable and adaptable horses. Ponies are just as cool as Mustangs or Stallions or whatevers.

Anyway, as this discussion is taking place and I'm listing off famous Pony stuff I jokingly say My Little Pony... then suddenly it clicks and the following conversation takes place:

Me: ... My Little Pony [laughs]
[pause]
Me: Wait, that explains it!
Mom: Explains what?
Me: My Little Pony, it's an internet thing.
Mom: Another one?
Me: See, there's a new animated show for My Little Pony's, called Friends in Magic or something like that.
Dad: Okay.
Me: It has a huge following on the internet... in the 16 to 25... male demo.
Dad: Oh hell.
